If you are a coaching client, we may collect health and biometric data from wearable devices you choose to connect, including data from Oura Ring accounts via the Oura API. This may include:

• Heart rate and heart rate variability
• Stress and SpO2 data

This data is accessed only with your authorisation, granted when you connect your device.

How we use it: to inform your coach’s programming, track your progress against your goals, and personalise your coaching package.

Who we share it with: your assigned coach and dietitian, and our coaching platform provider(s) who store this data on our behalf. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.

Retention: we retain wearable data for the duration of your coaching contract and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, unless you request earlier deletion.

Your control: you can disconnect your wearable device at any time via your account settings with the device manufacturer, and you can request deletion of previously collected data by contacting us at alex@peakexec.co
