The programme duration is either 6 or 12 months.

Peak Exec is a structured lifestyle program focused on cardiometabolic health, metabolic optimization, sarcopenia prevention, and chronic stress physiology — the conditions that drive premature mortality and loss of functional independence in adults 40+. We do not diagnose or prescribe. Clients with active medical conditions remain under their physician’s care. We coordinate with healthcare providers when appropriate and require physician clearance for clients with active cardiovascular conditions.
