You will complete a comprehensive questionnaire to help us understand your exercise and nutrition history, activity levels, eating habits, sleep patterns, stress levels, goals, beliefs, and routine.
With this information, we build a step-by-step roadmap to achieving peak health and performance. This roadmap will include structured workouts, nutritional targets, and sleep strategies.

Phase Two
Your Journey Begins:
During the first month, we begin testing the strategy.
We assess your movement capacity to ensure the exercises are ideal for you. Then, we begin “fixing” your three most restricted joints so you can move more freely and become more resilient to injury.
We ensure that your exercise is at the ideal intensity and frequency so you quickly feel fitter, stronger, and more energised.We monitor and adapt your nutrition strategy to ensure you are consuming the ideal calories for your goals and that it works within your business schedule.
We monitor your sleep and stress (HRV) to ensure you are getting optimal recovery for peak performance.
Phase Three
By the start of Phase Three, you have a solid routine and quickly progressing towards your goals.
We will continue to optimise your exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress levels and guide you in creating structure to become more time-efficient and effective.
We will help you create frameworks for traveling, meetings, and events so you have go-to strategies for all areas of your life.
You will see consistent improvement in your body composition, energy, recovery speed and mental and physical performance week after week.
Phase Four
You will have arrived at your initial goals.
You’ll look better, feel better and perform better. You’ll be happier, healthier, and more vibrant. And it will feel normal. It will be a way of life.
At this point, you will reset your goals and begin working towards a performance level that was once unimaginable.

The Path to Peak Condition is designed for busy executives and entrepreneurs who are successful in their careers and want the same success in their health and fitness.
I’ll hazard a guess and say you’ve probably followed exercise programmes and dieted before but haven’t found a routine that works for you. The time is now right to follow a structured programme raise your game to a whole new level.
We are a highly motivated group at Path to Peak Condition and set ourselves high standards. We want to work with highly motivated and committed people who are striving for more.
If you are open to learning, take feedback and turn up consistently, then this programme is perfect for you.
Not everyone is suitable for this programme. We are open about this and only work with people who share our values and strive for more in life.
Achieving a lifelong transformation isn’t easy, and not everyone can look past the short-term pain to see the long-term pleasure.
You are not suitable for this programme if:
- You are searching for a quick fix solution instead of focusing on consistent progress.
- You are not willing to commit to becoming the best version of yourself.
- You are not open to guidance, new ideas and feedback
- You are not willing to follow the process and are stuck in a fixed mindset
The programme duration is either 3, 6 or 12 months.
When you come onto the programme, you will go through an initial 1 weeks onboarding process to deep dive into where you are, what you want to achieve and why you want to achieve it.
You will meet with your coach via a Zoom call, and your plan for the next 3, 6 or 12 months will be laid out.
A typical week will involve:
- Hitting your target step count
- Creating structure in your diet
- Complete your allotted training sessions
At the end of each week, you will speak with your coach where you will evaluate the previous week and assess what is coming up in the following week.
If you follow everything we advise you to do, you will see progress quickly.
This is not a short-term fix. A lifelong transformation takes time. We focus on making sure you remain consistent so that the results keep coming.
