Thanks for visiting my page and taking time to read about my book. Let me tell you a bit about myself and why I wrote this book.
I am the founder of Peak Exec, a global Executive Health Coaching company. I am passionate about spreading the message that we don’t have to take part in high intensity workouts or do restrictive diets to look and feel our best, and by making and consistent improvements to our habits, we can live a happier, healthier and fulfilled lives.
I wrote Reach Your Peak after the best of 20 years working with high level professionals from all corners of the business world. I witnessed the impact working within such an intense environment can have on their health and wellbeing. I also witnessed how inappropriate intense workouts and restrictive dieting was for busy and stressed-out people.
After many years of testing and researching different strategies of how to get in and stay in shape while living a hectic lifestyle, the Peak Condition Method was born.
Based nine habits in three key areas, the Peak Condition Method gives you the blueprint to adapt to 21st Century living and thrive in a busy life. It has helped to transform 1000’s of lives and it can do the same for you.
